Free Books on TapeFree books on tape and magazines in audio form (and braille) are delivered to eligible readers by postage-free mail and are returned in the same manner.Specially designed cassette players are also loaned free to those who borrow talking books from the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. An amplifier is available for individuals with significant hearing loss as well.
