Macular Degeneration Books

(South Carolina)
My mother has macular degeneration, but lives in Pittsburgh, PA and I (her daughter) live in SC. Can I sign her up for the books, and assist in ordering them for her? Please advise, and I will contact her about this service. Thanks!
Hi Janet,
Thanks for your question. It's easy for you to order any books for your mom - I'm not sure if you are looking for books on macular degeneration or just large print books for her enjoyment? Either way just click on the link below
Macular Degeneration Books
Select the books you want and you purchase them at Amazon - it is a secured site - so you pay with your credit card and then have them shipped to your mom.
Large print books are available at most local libraries. Of course they can be purchased as well, but usually they do cost more than regular books - I'm not sure why.

I can't purchase any of the macular degeneration books here that you recommended. Can you suggest anything?
I haven't read any of them!
Thanks...Barb

Hi Barb,
The macular degeneration books can be shipped internationally from Amazon. I checked the shipping rates to Australia and Amazon had them listed as $4.99 per item shipped or per shipment.
