Large Button Cell Phone

Although I am not a big cell phone user, it is a good idea to have one for those occassions when you need to get a hold of someone.

My father in law who has wet macular degeneration got lost at an airport and couldn't find his gate. He almost missed his flight - if he'd had a cell phone he could have called his wife who was anxiously waiting for him at the gate.

Of course a cell phone won't do you any good if you can't see the numbers or if the buttons are so small that it's hard to press the right one. Finding a simple to use and easy to read cell phone is a very helpful visual aid. Large Button Cell Phone
