There's a Winner - Macular Degeneration Stories

A BIG thank you to all of you who took the time to share your story and journey with macular degeneration - starting with what symptoms you experienced, to how you were diagnosed, what treatments you've been given, and how you are learning to live with your vision loss.

There are great stories of hope and inspiration from all walks of life - photographer, CPA, illustrator, librarian, teacher, etc.

With over 75 submissions, a random drawing was made this morning with Vickie from Michigan as the winner of the $50 Amazon card.

She writes about how she has been to three different eye doctors and one retinal specialist in the past four years and was surprised by the subjectivity of a macular degeneration diagnosis. Vickie also shares what she is doing with her diet to help with her overall health.
