Hello Read Easier with Large Print Books
If you find that reading regular print is causing a strain on your eyes you may want to consider reading books that have a larger font and bolder print.
Big Print Books
The printing format for these books offer other features along with the larger font that benefit those with vision impairment. They are:
The Font Size The font size is usually a 16 point font, but font size can go larger. Most book fonts use font sizes in the range of 10-12. Bold Print Bold print provides contrast making the words easier to see and read. When the letters are very dark and crisp, your reading will be more enjoyable. Matte Paper Matte paper is a paper that has no shine to it so that there is little or no glare. Formatting Special formatting allows more space around the words and more space between the lines for easier reading.
